Sarah Clarke
Sarah Clarke is an award-winning journalist, TV presenter and media facilitator now based in Australia. She returned to Australia in 2021, after eight years living and working in Hong Kong, and is now a freelance correspondent with Al Jazeera English and a senior producer with Anvil Media. Sarah worked for ABC TV for 20 years, starting her career with the network’s rural current affairs program Landline. She later took up a number of senior positions with ABC TV and Radio as a national political reporter in the Canberra press gallery, and as the national environment and science reporter for 10 years, a career highlight. It was in this position, Sarah won a number of awards including the United Nations environment award for her coverage of climate change.
