Darryl Anderson - Executive Producer
Anvil Media's specialist credentials in country communication begin with the company's founder and Executive Producer, Darryl Anderson, a 15-year veteran of mass media communications and corporate media production.
Darryl, who grew up on a dairy farm in Dubbo, has a degree in Agricultural Economics from University of Sydney. He was a journalist/television producer for the groundbreaking agribusiness program 'Cross Country' for much of the 1990s and a news reporter for TEN in Sydney.

Darren Blin - Editor/Cameraman
Darren brings a wealth of video production knowledge to the Anvil team. Prior to emigrating from Canada in 2000, he worked as a film-based camera assistant on several hundred high-end television commercials, music video clips and short films. This fast-paced industry gave him the opportunity to develop a broad range of technical skills to a high standard.
On joining Anvil Media in 2002, Darren made the transition to video cameraman and editor.

Shane Elsmore - Producer/Director/Editor
Shane’s extensive background in film & television production combined with his talent as a scriptwriter makes him a polished performer when it comes to producing high quality video presentations.
His directing credits include documentaries, TV commercials, award-winning short films and music video clips. He also has worked as a video editor for SBS TV and the Seven Network on sport, news, current affairs and children’s programs.

Pieter van Es - Media Producer
Pieter began his career in the television industry in the late 80’s, working as a part-time camera assistant for 3 regional television studios in Wollongong. In 1990 he joined a leading Sydney based Production Company as a postproduction assistant and over the next 10 years he advanced from postproduction supervisor to live action and effects director.
Over the past several years Pieter has worked in a variety of roles from camera operator, editor, FX compositor, producer and director for productions ranging from corporate video, TVCs, TV animation, short & feature film. He joined Anvil Media in April 2007.

Paul Brokenshire - General Manager
Anvil Media's head of production, Paul is a television producer with more up his sleeve than seems fair. A writer, DOP, editor, designer, project manager... Paul founded and ran his own successful production company (in Albany, WA) before moving to NSW.
As a senior TVC producer with WIN in Wollongong, Paul was responsible for some of the network's finest and most high-profile productions. Now Paul brings his 20 years' experience to delivering strategically creative solutions for Anvil Media's clients.
