When Meat and Livestock Australia was invited to present at a conference in Chicago, it was decided the best strategy would be to create a video featuring environmental spokesperson Sam Archer. Shot in Australia, the 5 minute video takes Australian lamb farming and its sustainability practices to an overseas audience.
